Had a real emergency today... Justin didn't even hesitate to help out. This is the kind of person you want taking care of your vehicles. Took my sister to hospital for surgery, upon arrival my water pump give out . For close to 2 hours everyone turned me down to fix this after i drove to them with truck leaking like a siv. Everyone had an excuse why they couldn't take 30 minutes to help a guy out. I pulled into Gulf Coast Tire and auto and Justin was right there already trying to help, even though i looked a mess from trying so hard all morning to keep truck going. He didn't just trade parts on my truck he solved the problems that others had created. 700k on my truck alot of people have turned wrenches... he found my correct water pump ... after installing it he noticed my thermostat seized and he got the correct one for it. He spent an hour of his time finding the real true parts my truck was supposed to have as opposed to anything some store would sell. Justine thankyou... the truck is running like new again and i got to hospital in time for my sister to be in recovery from surgery. God bless you friend!

Had a great experience here. Needed a new set of oversized tires replaced on my dually and Justin was more than willing to help. He recommended a set of tires that I am pleased with and was willing to educate me and work with me on a tricky alignment. I put 300 miles on my truck today, pulling my fifth wheel and the truck rides like a dream. The shop ran like a well oiled machine and after listening to the office manager talking to customers this morning I would not only recommend them, I would trust them to work on my vehicle and to be honest about the work, a quality that is hard to find in many current day shops. This place is a rare gem.
